How to prepare hemp tofu at home?

Remove from the heat and add a tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice plus a dash of salt and let it sit for 30-40 minutes. Line a sieve or colander with a cheesecloth and start pouring the curdled milk. You will start to separate the liquid from the curd. Once you have collected all the solid matter you will need to squeeze the cheesecloth to remove as much liquid as possible. You can then put this inside a mold and weigh it down to keep the hemp tofu tight and compressed. 

Refrigerate for 24 hours and you now have a solid brick of Hemp-fu!

Method two: Express unflavoured, unsalted hemp tofu 

Take the hemp milk and pour into a microwave-safe dish. Put this in the microwave for 3-4 minutes on high and take it out. You will notice solid and liquid starting to clump and separate. Once it is cool and manageable you can line a sieve or colander with a cheesecloth and start pouring the mixture. In this method, you do not need to add lemon or vinegar. Once you separate the liquid from the solid matter compress and refrigerate to allow it to set. You have now made Hemp Tofu in less than an hour!
